Our President
With years of leadership experience in human resources, accounting, and administration management, our founder and president Angelique (Angel) Perkins, CHRP leads our team in designing new and innovative ways to combat the challenges of an ever-changing workforce.
We are devoted to helping our clients develop unique and organised strategies to allow them create a more nurturing and engaging environment for employees through innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Personal coaching and mentoring allow management and employees to strive for personal success through individual development, which improves
employee engagement.
Angel moved to the Haliburton region in December 2018 after falling in love with the area the previous summer while visiting her daughters and their families. After living her entire life in the "big city" making Haliburton Highlands, with its serene landscapes, abundant wildlife, and clean fresh air, her home was an easy decision.
She is continuously impressed with the entrepreneurial spirit within the community and launched Angelwings Solutions to enable her to support local business with the knowledge and skills she has developed in the corporate world over the past 30 years.
Being family-oriented, she understands the desire to keep a healthy family/work life balance and the importance this plays in our overall wellness. The confidence our clients place in Angelwings Solutions drives her commitment in her own journey of personal growth and development.
